Dom & Tom was commissioned to redesign ideel’s then current iPhone app and develop new a mobile e-commerce application for the iPad.
WHAT WE DID:
After meeting with representatives from ideel about the features the company wanted to showcase in their applications, Dom & Tom’s development team implemented these features into ideel’s iPad and iPhone apps.
Dom & Tom’s market researchers worked with ideel to map user behaviors, then relayed their analytic findings to the UX and UI teams who created a vibrant, engaging experience.
The Dom & Tom design team completed several rounds of redesign before obtaining final approval on the look of all three ideel apps.
The ecommerce platform was uniquely crafted to run smoothly across all desired devices. This process began with wireframes and eventually led to systematic credit card processing implementation.
Dom & Tom’s web developers expertly integrated the backends of all three applications with ideel’s servers to make it easy for the ideel staff to update the content on each of the apps and track user behavior across all platforms.
