Tom has 11+ years of experience coordinating creative and development teams, negotiating contracts, and project managing various businesses in industries such as education, sports, publishing, and film production. As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Dom & Tom, he works with clients to develop, communicate and execute the creation of digital technology products that will enhance their business and reaffirm their company vision. Tom continues to grow and manage key relationships with new and long-standing clients at Dom & Tom by pushing the boundaries of innovation and helping clients think through their long-term digital goals and growth strategies. He also holds a Masters in Finance from Baruch College in New York City and is a passionate entrepreneur. He has personally invested in multiple start-up ventures in New York City, including John Brown’s Smokehouse, which was named Best BBQ in New York City in 2012 by the Village Voice. Tom has given presentations on digital culture at multiple events for Hearst Communications, AOL Ventures, Tabula Rasa, and participated in various digital engagement panels.

He prides himself on the growth and achievements of each one of his team members, and personally mentors developers in code, methodology, and best-practices. He enjoys Hackathons, helping developers on Blockchain systems, and collaborating with clients on conceptualizing and building digital products for future. Dom holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago. He has given presentations on digital development and innovation at multiple events including AOL Ventures, Pace University, Propeller Fest, Tech in Motion’s “The Future of Blockchain” panel, the global K.E.Y. Platform conference in Seoul, South Korea, MediaPost’s Blockchain Marketing Forum as well as Oculus Rift demonstrations with the Downtown Alliance in Lower Manhattan."
