New York – Dom & Tom, a digital product agency that helps Fortune 500 companies and next-generation startups build the future of digital, is proud to announce and welcome the addition of Stefanos Tsesmetzis as Director of Web Development, effective immediately. In this newly created position, Mr. Tsesmetzis will support founders, Dominic and Tom Tancredi, in developing end-to-end digital product initiatives keenly focused on emerging technologies. Tsesmetzis’ role will strengthen the agency’s efforts in creating forward-thinking user experiences while creating engaging design across multiple platforms for both web and mobile applications.
Mr. Tsesmetzis comes to Dom & Tom with 20 years of experience in architecting, designing and building business critical software solutions. He brings a wealth of knowledge as an analyst and software engineer in the full life cycle of software development processes.
Prior to joining Dom & Tom, Tsesmetzis served as a Director of Software Development for Logismico, located in the Greater New York City Area. At Logismico, Stefanos expertly lead and managed teams of in-house and offshore developers, QA testers, and UI designers from concept to delivery. He was closely involved in Logismico’s day-to-day product management function; engaging in business and technical communications.
Tsesmetzis is also the founder of Team Tracky, a team management tool for coaches, team managers, players, parents, and club officials to help them with the management of their sports team’s members, schedule, attendance and communications with an all-in-one, user-friendly solution on desktop and mobile devices. He is chiefly responsible for creating the product; building it from scratch as a passion project, as well as developing its marketing and promotion strategies. In 1990, Mr. Tsesmetzis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Aristotle University at Thessaloniki (AUTH).
